To participate in the contest, listeners must complete and submit any entry forms, or other means of contest entry depending on the established requirements of the contest.

All decisions made by Kiss Country 101.7 station management regarding any aspect of the contest are final.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

Only one (1) entry per person and one winner per household.
*
Employees of Kiss Country 101.7, Main Line Broadcasting, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, other radio stations, and TV stations in the Dayton, OH metropolitan area, and members of their immediate families or households are ineligible to participate or win in station contests.

Some contests may have age limits; in such cases the age limits will be clearly announced for said contest.

Participants are eligible to win only one (1) contest in any thirty (30) day period on any station operated by Main Line Broadcasting, LLC, in the Dayton, OH radio market (including WDHT, WROU, WGTZ, WING, and WKSW).
PRIZES

Prizes that are not mailed (via US Mail, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) or provided by the participating sponsor must be claimed at Kiss Country 101.7 offices within thirty (30) days of the date of winning.
*
No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Kiss Country 101.7 and/or the sponsor in its sole discretion.
*
All cash prizes won will be awarded in the form of a check. Prize checks will be available for pick-up no earlier than twenty (21) business days from the date the contest winner is awarded their prize.
*
Winners must provide valid identification (i.e. via driver’s license, passport, or other photo I.D) to claim their prize.
